WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 26th

**heavy as possible
**perform one sped push after every set of back squat (205/155)
WOD
Level 1
5 minute AMRAP
- 10 shoulder to overhead
- 10 V-ups
**rest 2 minutes**
REDUCE WEIGHT BY 10 POUNDS
5 minute AMRAP
- 10 shoulder to overhead
- 5 V-ups
** there is no RX weight. Choose one that is challenging and doesn’t require to break it up more than once each round. For the second AMRAP you will reduce the barbell weight by 10 pounds.

Thanksgiving Day WOD
15 minute AMRAP
- 15 wallballs 20/14
- 15 up and over box jumps
- “Mat to Mat” walking lunges
- 15 KB swings
- 15 ball slams
- 300 meter run
WOD description:
We will be using both sides of the gym for this workout. The workout will start on the Crossfit side of the gym where the wallballs and box jumps will be completed. As soon as they step off the matted portion of the CrossFit side they will do walking lunges through the connecting door until they get to the matted portion of the boot camp side. Once on the boot camp side, they will perform the KB swings and ball slams. They will leave out of the boot camp roll up door and go out on a 300 meter run then re-enter on the CrossFit side and begin the next round.
