Wednesday OCTOBER 19
EMOTM for 12 minutes
– odd minutes pull-ups
– even minutes toes to bar (scale to abmat sit-ups)
**perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds, rest for remainder of time.
**each round is 2 minutes**
40 meter shuttle run
Max reps of the following
**rest 30 seconds between rounds
Round 1 – KB swings
Round 2 – KB snatches right arm
Round 3 – KB snatches left arm
Round 4 – KB overhead squats right arm
Round 5 – KB overhead squats left arm
Scale overhead squats to front squats if needed.
Thursday OCTOBER 20
Estabish a max of the following complex
– power clean
– jerk (push or split)
50 plate burpees (45/25)
– raise the plate overhead after each rep.
Scale weight, or do traditional burpees
