**This workout was done Sunday at CrossFit of Fremont at the Team Ethan Fundraiser. Ethan is the two year old son of a Union City police officer and a Tracy family. In February of 2014, Ethan was diagnosed with nueroblastoma, an aggressive form of pediatric cancer developing in the nerve tissues and no known relapse cure. Ethan has been battling this horrible disease for six months. It has included extended stays at the hospital for chemotherapy and other treatments. Recently, Ethan is back in the hospital for a 6 week treatment. Ethan’s family will spend most of the time in the hospital with him and make the extended trek to the hospital daily.  This weekend CrossFit of Fremont raised over $4000 for hte family to help with medical costs.  If you woudl still like to donate to the family you can do so.  Just give cash or checks to your trainer and we will get them money over ot CrossFit of Fremont.  Thank you for your support and Enjoy!
