B) sled pushes, 100 meter sled push
** level 1 – 245/155

WOD
Level 1
For time:
1 -> 15
- Pull-ups
15-> 1
- Burpees
**15 minute time cap**
**Complete 1 pull-up, followed by 15 Burpees. Then 2 pull-ups followed by 14 Burpees. Continue until both ladders are  complete or time expires.
**Score is total reps
Level 2
1 -> 10
- Banded pull-ups
10-> 1
- Burpees
 
TUESDAY OCTOBER 21st

EMOTM for 12 minutes
- 4 Burpees
- 1 full snatch
WOD
Level 1
6 rounds
Each round is 90 seconds:
- 100 meter sprint
- max rep clean and jerk (70-75% of max)
**rest 1 minute between rounds**
** the clean and the jerk count as 1 rep. This means missing the jerk will result in that rep not counting. Score will be the total reps of all 6 rounds.
Level 2
6 rounds
Each round is 90 seconds:
- 100 meter sprint
- max hang clean and jerk 95/65
**rest 1 minute between rounds**
