– power clean
– hang clean (full)
– front squat
– jerk

“Tres tabatas”
**USING AN EMPTY BARBELL**
Tabata #1
– front squats
Tabata #2
– shoulder to overhead
Tabata #3
– thrusters
** complete all 8 rounds of the movement before you move to the next movement.
*** score each movement separately, score is the lowest rep count for that movement.

SATURDAY MAY 28
Skill
“Dicey core”
**for a double Tabata**
1 – V-ups
2 – abmat Situps
3 – planks
4 – flutter kicks
5 – mountain climbers
6 – burpees
** using a dice and a Tabata clock, roll during the rest and the number will dictate what movement is done next. Perform for 2 full tabatas
