CrossFit Kids & PreTeens

Inside look at CrossFit Kids & PreTeens!!!

CrossFit Kids (ages 5-8) is a fitness program specifically designed for Kids. Our classes focus on building strength, conditioning, coordination and balance through various activities which helps Kids develop a lifelong love of fitness! All of the skills transfer to any sport – baseball, basketball, football, karate, soccer, cheer, gymnastics, dance, etc.

CrossFit PreTeens (ages 8-12) is a strength and conditioning program specifically designed for PreTeens. The workouts are more performance based and light loads are introduced all with the goal of preparing the athletes for the rigors of sport and the next level of CrossFit. all in an age appropriate setting that will allow the athlete to thrive.

Our CrossFit Kids & PreTeen Certified Coaches will teach the proper form for the everyday life of a Kid…pushing, pulling, lifting, running, jumping, twisting, throwing and climbing! Classes consist of fun, exciting and challenging games, all geared towards fitness.

KIDS (5-8) Class Schedule:  Mondays and Thursdays (4:00-4:30 pm)

  • 1 day a week: $32/mo
  • 2 days a week: $46/month
  • *Each add’l family member – 10% off

PRETEEN (8-12) Class Schedule:  Mondays and Thursdays (4:30-5:15 pm)

  • 1 day a week: $49/mo
  • 2 days a week: $69/month
  • *Each add’l family member – 10% off
