Goal as a trainer: Introduce CrossFit to all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels; to show that EVERYONE can do CrossFit. Witnessing others achieve accomplishments beyond their own belief is totally gratifying! Seeing lives changed by CrossFit and helping others to break down their so called barriers while building their confidence and self-esteem is why I love being a trainer.

Goal as a trainer: As a trainer I want to help every person that walks into CrossFit Tracy realize the potential of their own body. No matter where you start there will always be the potential to lift heavy, run faster, and get better! Nothing makes me happier then seeing someone master a new skill or hit a PR!  We are a family here at CrossFit and my goal is to welcome you in and make you the best version of you around!

Life outside the box:  You can see the hub’s response below…CrossFit is a family affair!  I grew up on the slopes downhill racing with my sister, playing softball, finding my love of rowing in high school and then continuing to row in college.  Now my days are filled with my family, our two kids (Chris and Dani) and CrossFit!

Goal as a trainer: My passion for CrossFit started in 2009 and I was hooked from the beginning. The endurance, strength and overall physical gains were unparalleled. I saw the difference CrossFit was making in my personal life as well as my job, so as a trainer I love to help other LEO’s and first responders get healthy and keep them safer on the streets. CrossFit is more then a workout, it is a group of people that encourage, motivate and help you meet your goals……as a trainer I love getting people hooked on CrossFit, and see it change their lives.

Fav WOD/Lift: “Karen” and clean and jerk…….oh and don’t forget making the nastiest warm ups possible.

Life outside of the Box:  I have been in law enforcement for over 13 years, during that time, I have been involved in a variety of specialized units. When not at work you will find me at CrossFit with my wife Alison and two kids Chris and Dani, for us CrossFit is a family affair!

Goal as a trainer:  is to continually educate myself when it comes to health and fitness. I want to share the knowledge with all my trainees and help them reach their health and fitness goals in a reasonable time frame.

Life outside the box: I have been married for 20 yrs to my h.s. sweetheart. We have two beautiful children, Marisa and Alex.  In my free time I play slow pitch softball, enjoy watching my kids play their sports, and love spending time with my family and friends, especially our CrossFit family!

Goal as a trainer: I want to help others realize that fitness is a great lifestyle that can be fun and fulfilling.  CrossFit is about overall health and helping people become their better selves in their daily lives.   I would like to be a positive influence on others, as well as a good role model for children.

Life outside the box: I am a mom of 2 boys, Tanner and Tyler, who constantly keep me active.   I enjoy volunteering in their classrooms and being a part of my community.  I have been a law enforcement dispatcher for 7 years, where I am a certified trainer. And honestly, I talk about CrossFit and its great family to anyone who will listen.

Life outside of the Box:  Things I enjoy outside of CrossFit? Going for long runs on the beach. (This is a lie, everyone knows I hate to run.) Skipping through the fields picking daisies. (Another lie, skipping is cardio, it just won’t happen.) Petting puppies and most importantly…I love to compete in Weightlifting. (These are true.)

My goal is to inspire my athletes and show them their true power and potential, in and out of the gym. I want to share all of the knowledge I have, as well as the mistakes I’ve made so that they can achieve their goals faster then I did.

Life outside the box:
My life outside the box consists of my beautiful girl friend and mother of our children Rachel, my daughter Leigh, and my son Carson. We spend most weekends adventuring different national forests, beaches, and parks. My kids really enjoy getting outside and literally running around.  I am also a veteran of the Kentucky and California Army National Guard, as well as a full-time student at California State University Stanislaus. Currently, I am seeking my BA in kinesiology. My goal is to become a licensed physical therapist and work within the strength & conditioning community.

Life outside the box: I love spending free time with my husband, Joe, and our precious furry babies, Wookie and Chewy! The CFT community is so great, that most of our other free time is spent hanging out with fellow members that have also become lifelong friends!

Goal as a trainer: My goal is to guide people to get and stay physically and psychologically fit. I not only want to motivate and inspire people but I also want to see them achieve their goals and I want them to look and feel their very best while developing the self-confidence needed to take control of their healthy lifestyle. My inspiration for this industry came from the success of going through a journey of my own in being apart of Boot Camp for 9 months then transitioning over to CrossFit. This is now a part of my life and I so happy it is!

Life outside the box: I am a stay at home mom of 2 little boys Ryan and Aaron.  They are very active and keep me pretty busy! When I am not at the box I am usually running around with my kids or baking! I am ALWAYS baking something!
