EMOTM for 15 minutes
– 10 air squats
– 20 meter sprint.
**pace off 10 meters and perform a down and back sprint. The air squats should a sprint, push yourself on every round.
Rest 5 minutes
30 push-ups for time.
**go off your knees if needed, this should be quick.
