MONDAY DECEMBER 26th
PARK WOD
– December 26th Coach Shannon will be at the park on the corner of Barcelona/Cypress at 9:00 am
AT HOME WOD 
12 minute amrap
10 push-ups
10 sit-ups
10 air squats
**use a folded hand towel as an abmat.
Rest for 5 minutes
3 rounds
-then-
1 minute plank hold
1 minute of rest
**remember that if you complete the “at home workouts”  post a picture to social media, tag CFT or text a coach and let us know that you completed it.  You will be entered into a raffle for each day!
