The next session of our Crossfit Foundations Classes will start Tuesday, June 19.  If Crossfit is something you have been looking into, these sessions are perfect for getting you up to speed with the basic movements and lingo we use.  This is a 4 part series which meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm.  These Foundations Classes are mandatory for all new members.
